    Tea:Pour 1-2 teaspoons of willow bark into a cup of boiling water and let it steep for 20 minutes. Strain.

    Important NOTE:Always pour boiling water over the food and let it steep for at least 5-10 minutes! This is the only way to ensure that the food is safe!
