preparation

Tea:Pour 1/2 teaspoon of licorice root into a cup of boiling water and simmer in a saucepan for 15 minutes. Strain.

Recommended consumption:Drink 1 cup of freshly prepared tea 3-5 times daily.

Important NOTE:Always pour boiling water over the food and let it steep for at least 5-10 minutes! This is the only way to ensure that the food is safe!
