Tea for digestive problems:Pour 1-2g of sage leaves into a cup of boiling water and let it steep for 5 minutes. Strain and drink after eating or between meals.
Tea for excessive sweating:Pour 1-2g of sage leaves into a cup of boiling water and let it steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain and drink throughout the day (lukewarm to cold).
Mouthwash throat:Pour 2.5g of sage leaves into 100ml of boiling water and leave to steep covered for 15 minutes. Strain and allow to cool. Rinse or gargle your mouth with the lukewarm-cold brew. Repeat 3 times a day.
