preparation

Tea:Pour 1-2 teaspoons of marigold flowers into a cup of boiling water, cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain.

Important NOTE:Always pour boiling water over the food and let it steep for at least 5-10 minutes! This is the only way to ensure that the food is safe!

Tea for external use:Pour 2 teaspoons of marigold flowers into a cup of boiling water and leave covered for 10 minutes. To clean wounds, pour lukewarm water over the fresh wound or add it to partial baths. To use as a wound compress, dip a cloth in the tea and apply it.
