Matcha is prepared by adding the tea into a bowl using a matcha spoon (approx. 2 matcha spoons per 100ml) and then pouring hot water at 80-90°C over it. Then beat it into a foam using a matcha whisk for around 1-2 minutes. Bamboo is a natural and rapidly renewable raw material.
