preparation

Tea:Pour 1-2 teaspoons of lavender flowers into a cup of hot (80°C) water and let it steep, covered, for 5 minutes. Strain.

Recommended consumption:Drink 1 cup several times a day, especially before going to bed.

full bath:Pour 20-100g of lavender flowers into 2 liters of hot water and leave to steep, covered, for 5 minutes. Strain and add to the bath water.

Lavender pillow:Fill lavender flowers into a cotton bag and place it near the bed.

In case of open wounds, fever, rhinitis and heart failure, a full bath with lavender is not recommended.
