Tea:Pour 1 teaspoon of freshly crushed caraway seeds into a cup of boiling water, cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain.

Important NOTE:Always pour boiling water over the food and let it steep for at least 5-10 minutes! This is the only way to ensure that the food is safe!
