    preparation

    Tea:Mix 1 tablespoon of burdock root with 1/2 liter of cold water and leave to steep, covered, at room temperature for 5 hours. Then heat well, but do not boil.

    Recommended consumption:Drink slowly during the day. Max. 3 weeks.

    As a hair conditioner:Rinse your scalp with the cooled tea after washing your hair.
