Tea:Pour 1-2 teaspoons of chamomile flowers into a cup of boiling water and let it steep, covered, for 5-10 minutes. Strain.

Recommended consumption:Adults 3g (approx. 1 tbsp), babies and toddlers (6 months - 2 years) 0.5-1g, children (2-6 years) 1-1.5g, children (6-12 years) 1.5-3g Drink 1 cup 2-4 times daily.

Inhalation:Adults 3-10g, children over 12 years 2-5g. Pour 100ml of boiling water over chamomile flowers and inhale for 10 minutes - best with a cloth over your head and bowl. Repeat 1-4 times daily.

Gargle water:Adults and children over 6 years of age: Pour 1-5g of chamomile flowers into 100ml of boiling water (80°C) and leave to steep, covered, for 10 minutes. Strain and allow to cool. Gargle lukewarm several times a day, ideally after every meal.

Sitz bath:Add 25g of chamomile flowers to 1 liter of 80°C hot water and let it steep for 10 minutes. Strain and dilute in a sitz bath with another 4 liters of water.
