Externally: cuts and abrasions, bruises, sprains and dislocations, first degree burns, sunburn, nerve pain and lumbago. For tense muscles, shingles, to prevent bedsores in hospital bed, for old scars and amputation problems and rheumatic complaints. Also well suited for the care of brittle and dry skin.

Tea:Pour 1-2 teaspoons of St. John's wort into a cup of boiling water and let it steep for 7 minutes. Strain.
