Green Rooibos tea

This organically grown plant almost meets the well-known criteria of the popular, caffeine-free tea variant rooibos. Differences to red rooibos can be seen in both color and taste. Green rooibos is much lighter due to its incomplete fermentation and therefore has a greener leaf than its "big brother". This more original palate experience offers a fresher , more tangy taste in which a slightly bitter undertone plays a role. Perhaps you could call it a "green tea variant"?
