    Tea:Pour 1-2 teaspoons of goldenrod herb into a cup of boiling water and let it steep for 20 minutes. Strain.

    Recommended consumption:Drink 1 cup 2-4 times daily between meals. Use for a maximum of 6 weeks.

    Important NOTE:Always pour boiling water over the food and let it steep for at least 5-10 minutes! This is the only way to ensure that the food is safe!

    Make sure you drink enough fluids, at least 2 liters.

    Contraindications:Do not use if there is fluid retention in the tissue (edema) as a result of reduced heart or kidney function. Do not use if you have chronic kidney inflammation.
