Tip
Tip
Anise can be mixed well with fennel and caraway. Both plants support digestion and also stimulate milk production.
Use in the kitchen:Anise can also be used as an addition to pastries or desserts. It is often used in gingerbread spices or mulled wine, especially at Christmas time.
Anise is also perfect for seasoning savory dishes such as red cabbage or carrots.
