    Tea:Pour 1-2 teaspoons of rockrose into a cup of boiling water and let it steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Strain.

    Important NOTE:Always pour boiling water over the food and let it steep for at least 5-10 minutes! This is the only way to ensure that the food is safe!

    Recommended consumption:Drink 1 cup of freshly prepared tea up to 3 times daily.

    Compress:Pour 200ml boiling water over 2g of rockrose herb and leave covered for 30 minutes. Strain and soak a sterile gauze or a freshly washed and ironed kitchen towel in the brew. Apply to the affected area and leave for 10-15 minutes. Repeat 3 times a day.
