    Tea:Pour 1 tablespoon of horsetail herb into a cup of water and simmer for 30 minutes (the long boiling dissolves the silica). Strain.

    Recommended consumption:Drink a cup of freshly prepared tea three or more times a day.

    Tea for external use:Prepare the tea as described above and soak a sterile gauze in it. Apply to the affected area 2-3 times a day.

    Contraindications:Do not use in case of water retention in the tissue (edema) due to reduced heart or kidney function.
