    Tea:Pour 1 tablespoon of oat herb into a cup of boiling water and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain.

    full bath:Boil 100g of oats with 3 liters of water for 20 minutes. The decoction is added through a sieve directly to the warm bath water. Bathe for 15 minutes a maximum of twice a week.
